Factory Visit / Interpreter
We meet you and accompany you to the factory, and even help out with transportation arrangements. We'll stay with you through the day, including any business lunch or dinner, to ensure your communications go smoothly. After the day of meetings is done, we'll provide a recap of the day's events and topics discussed, timeline, names and titles of attendees.
Factory Audit
Have you found a new factory or source, but don't have the time to visit and verify in person? Or maybe you want an overview of the company before you take the time to visit? We can do a factory audit - an in-depth inspection and report on the factory. Are they who they say they are? How are their processes and quality control? How is their tooling stored? Do they have decent Wifi? How about a western toilet? CAN they make my product?? It'll all be there in our full 20+ page report, complete with pictures and video.
Contract Consultation
The terms on an invoice are binding, but also very brief and not comprehensive at all. Sybrilliant's degreed lawyers will create a contract in both English and Chinese which you can use as the framework for a long-term relationship with a supplier. Everything from tooling ownership to intellectual property is covered and legal in China and the US.
Sourcing Search
We search for and contact as many sources as we can find based on your search criteria, and classify them (manufacturer vs trading house). You will get a list of the company names, years in business, locations, primary products and markets served, contacts and their contact info. We can, on request, contact them on your behalf.
Pre-Ship Inspection
Pre-Ship Inspection is inexpensive insurance against unpleasant surprises. Our comprehensive Test Procedures check everything from product function to safety aspects to packaging robustness. You'll receive a full report based on YOUR specificaitons and OUR Test Procedures for each product you need tested, and get a Pass/Fail before your product ships.
Document Translation
Translation of documents from Chinese to English, or English to Chinese using a combination of human and machine translation to ensure accuracy. Price is per single sided page. Text on technical drawings can be translated, but drawings cannot be interpreted.
